Pre-register online: Outpatient appointment, inpatient stay or day case procedure
Online registration reduces the need to manually fill in a registration form for your outpatient appointment, inpatient stay or day case procedure. On arrival, simply check your details are correct and sign to verify and accept HCA's terms.
To use the registration portal, log on to:
http://registrations.hcahealthcare.co.uk/
Information you'll need to complete your registration:

Your hospital number - this is prefixed with "X" but you will only have this number if you've visited The Lister Hospital or another HCA hospital before.

Date and time of appointment or treatment

GP details - including the surgery address
-
NHS number (if you already know it)

Payment details - if you have private medical insurance, your membership or policy number and pre-authorisation numbers are required.
How soon can you register online prior to your appointment or treatment?
Allow at least 30 minutes between registering on the site and your appointment / inpatient admission to allow us to process your registration. If you register after 6.00pm for an appointment / inpatient admission earlier than 9.00am the following day, it may not be possible to process your registration and you will be required to complete the necessary paperwork on arrival.
A signature will still be required on arrival for your admission to verify the details you entered and to accept HCA's terms and conditions.

If you're attending an outpatient consultation or test, call 020 7730 8298 any time Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 8.00pm
For all other enquiries, call 020 7881 4100 any time Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm.
