Most high street banks are close to the hospital, either in Sloane Square, on Kings Road, or towards Knightsbridge. The majority of banks are open for the core operating hours of 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Saturday.
Chelsea is famed for its restaurants, being home to several Michelin starred chefs, quintessentially British fare and good quality seasonal ingredients, all available in wonderful venues. There is something for everyone in Chelsea, Sloane Square, Pimlico and Knightsbridge.
Cafes, delicatessens and patisseries
Kings Road is home to plenty of relaxing cafes, whether you fancy grabbing a quick espresso or enjoying a more leisurely afternoon tea. Enjoy a snack at several takeaway sandwich and salad stores in the area.

Chelsea has a lively nightlife and is home to some of the best bars and pubs in London. Whether you're looking for cocktails, locally brewed ales or international beers and spirits, you can find a local venue to suit your tastes.
Sloane Square is only 5 minutes' walk from the hospital and marks the beginning of both Kings Road and exclusive Sloane Street, both of which house the flagship stores of many luxury brands. Knightsbridge, with Harrods, Harvey Nichols and its fashionable boutiques, is also close by.
Parks, gardens and outdoor space
The Lister Hospital enjoys one of Chelsea's most prominent sites, next to the world-famous Chelsea Flower Show and overlooking the River Thames. Patients and visitors can enjoy a stroll along the river or make the most of Battersea Park, which features ponds and a children's zoo. Chelsea Physic Garden, the oldest botanic garden in London, is a short walk from the hospital.
